Nova ray underwater ROV

The winged Nova Ray® is a compact, lightweight inspection class Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) designed to operate in strong currents and harsh environments. The patented arcuate (bow-shaped) wing provides stability and maneuverability for mission critical underwater projects. Its proven wing design, proprietary technology and convenient modularity deliver effective survey, inspection and protection of critical infrastructures. Nova Ray, Inc. delivers a multi-function platform on all portable ROV models. The winged unit can also be towed (UTV) up to nine knots as a forward looking or side scan sonar system for large area search sweeps. Upon locating a target, the operator can 'fly' the unit (ROV) using its own thruster power for close up target ID and inspection with the video cameras.
